Apartment with a garden

Snug Kurhaus, renovated in 2008, is situated on the ground floor of the Kurhaus apartment building. At both end (front and back), the apartment has a garden. The rear garden offers sun in the morning till 3 p.m. whereas the front garden offers sun from 4 p.m. Behind the apartment is a garden house for bikes etc and a private parking space. It has a shared entrance and a separate cellar space for bikes/ storage.
